Brotherwood community

    WHO WE ARE

A movement. A brotherhood. A cycle where stronger men raise stronger boys.

Brotherwood is a movement built by men, for men, to change the way we talk about mental health, and to build steady spaces for support, self-leadership, and community. We’re not here to fix men. We’re here to walk with them.

    The Heart Behind Brotherwood

    Meet Dom

Dominic Smith saw a major problem.

Blokes were struggling in silence. Good men were burning out, breaking down, or checking out and no one was talking about it properly. No real support, no spaces that felt right, no honest tools to actually deal with the weight. So he built what he wished he had.

Brotherwood was born from Dom’s own story of holding too much in for too long, and realising that strength isn’t about silence. It’s about truth, mateship, and building better paths for the next generation of men to walk.

    OUR MISSION & VISION

    Vision

To create a safe, steady space where men from all walks of life (young and old, farmers, tradies, veterans, and first-time dads) can talk, connect, and carry each other through. It’s where the next generation of boys grow into men with role models who show them a better way forward. And where seasoned men, especially our veterans, can rediscover purpose by guiding the ones coming up behind them.

    Mission

To break the stigma around men’s mental health, prevent suicide, and support blokes before things spiral. We’re here to back men with tools, community, and honest spaces they can actually use. And we’re backing young fellas too, giving them the kind of support we wish we had growing up. Knowledge. Skills. Truth. Tools. Brotherhood.

    OUR TEAM

Built by a growing team who give a damn. We’re not here for the spotlight, we’re here because we’ve seen what happens when men don’t get the support they need. Brotherwood is run by a small team of people who carry a deep personal reason for being part of this. Some of us have lost mates. Some of us have watched brothers, dads, sons, or partners struggle in silence. Others are here to pass on what helped them survive the darkest chapters of their own lives. We’re builders, creators, and organisers, but underneath it all, we’re just people who give a damn. We believe in walking with others through it, and doing the quiet work of helping more men feel seen, steady, and strong again.
